Ten-year-old Kennedy dreamed of being an astronaut. Adult Kennedy can’t think of anything better than being a realtor in her home state of New Hampshire. When she looks back, growing up she spent a ton of time visiting different homes and job sites with her contractor Dad. It makes perfect sense that she’s so passionate about exploring properties with her clients, helping them find the perfect place to call home.

Kennedy works around what works for her clients. She’s dedicated to making the time to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s to be sure every detail is taken care of, and take the worrying out of the home buying/selling process. If there’s a question, she knows the answer; and, if she doesn’t know, she will find it. Real estate transactions involve a lot of different people, which means a lot of personalities. Kennedy’s a pro at effectively communicating with everyone - from the inspectors to other realtors to contractors and, of course, her clients.

"Adventure awaits!" is Kennedy’s motto. She loves spending her free time exploring New Hampshire’s undisturbed land. Whether fishing or canoeing on lakes or rivers, or gardening in her backyard, the richness of NH’s natural resources is something Kennedy treasures. Introducing her clients to all that the region has to offer is a dream come true, and she much prefers this over being an astronaut!
