With a master’s degree (Notre Dame) in education, Daniel has spent years researching and studying; he brings that same focus to his career in real estate. He’ll dive into the market trends to make sure that you’re getting what you really want, where you want it. 

If you ask Daniel, he’ll say the best advice he ever received is, “Hope is not a strategy.” He knows that to close on a sale, you need to take the right steps, develop a strategy, and follow through. But, as he'll remind you, it's also dependent on teamwork - he partners with his clients and connections to build a championship team. Daniel knows just when to call on experts to weigh in on a property, and exactly what information you need to know to make a sound decision. Though new to New Hampshire (as of 2024), he’s no stranger to New England; he studied at St. Michael’s College in Vermont before heading to Notre Dame for grad school. Daniel’s awestruck by the spectacular scenery across the Granite State - from foliage to snow-capped mountains to deep blue lakes. On his days off, you may catch him on the pickleball court, outside exploring, or catching an NFL game (his childhood dream was to be an NFL quarterback). He’s dedicated to giving back every day and, to that end, donates blood as often as he can.
