REALTOR
Calvin brings a hands-on perspective and a strong work ethic to every real estate transaction. His interest in real estate began when he purchased his first property at the age of 24. Going through the process himself sparked a desire to learn more about the industry, and it wasn’t long before he earned his real estate license. Today, Calvin loves helping others navigate that same journey and reach their own real estate goals.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Calvin worked in the trades, building valuable experience in HVAC and mechanical systems. He earned his Gas Fitters license and EPA Universal certification, giving him a practical understanding of how many of the major systems in a home function. That hands-on background allows Calvin to look at a property from a different perspective and recognize potential issues that others might overlook. More importantly, his years in the trades taught him how to solve problems, communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and stay calm when the unexpected happens.
For Calvin, the best part of real estate is helping people accomplish something that can have a lasting impact on their lives. Whether he’s helping someone purchase their first home, sell a property, or make a smart investment, Calvin is committed to being there throughout the process and doing the work necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Calvin grew up in Concord and loves everything about living in the Granite State, especially the changing seasons and, in particular, fall. When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find him at the gym or playing basketball at Capitol City Fitness Center.
Calvin describes himself as ambitious, funny, and strong, and those qualities come through in the way he approaches both life and real estate. He believes that nothing worth having comes easy and that you should never be afraid to take a chance on yourself. His persistence, problem-solving ability, and genuine desire to help others make him a valuable addition to the Keeler Family Realtors team.
Sign language was Calvin’s first language, and that unique part of his story has helped shape the way he communicates and connects with others. From an early age, he learned the importance of listening, understanding, patience, and perseverance, all qualities that continue to guide him in his work today. Calvin believes that taking care of clients means more than simply guiding them through a transaction. It means listening to what matters to them, working hard on their behalf, solving problems along the way, and seeing things through from the first conversation to the closing table.
