I feel your years of experience and dedication with the Real Estate industry was an asset to me and I have no doubt many people would not have put the time and effort in that you did. The countless hours it took in dealing with the mortgage company, the phones calls, faxing paperwork, and meeting with the potential buyers was so very much appreciated. All the while knowing your negotiated percentage was well below the the average of the normal sale of a property. Though many others within the business may dismiss the energy it took to finalize the process, I do not.
